Made the night before. Woke up to set out of fridge about two hours before baking. Took 30 minutes and were FANTASTIC!!! Toasted my pecans which added a little extra pop 👍🏼

This is the first time I made the cinnamon rolls but I succeeded and many ask for the recipe and I share your RU-vid. I like your steps explanation and actually I went further by reading your other recipes and learned from them too. Just one point for the added butter to the flat dough could you add it to the ingredient do you mean 5 TBS + 5 TBS? So the total butter is 5+5+ 6+5? Butter is healthier than other unknown oils like in the shops.
I had to come and watch. I use to make these when I was 17 at a restaurant I worked at. I loved them, I think I gained 20 pounds while I worked there, LOL. The centers of them are so soft and good! Made them just like you did too. Nice job, I can smell them right now. I made 60 every weekend morning. Still went to school, I was just filling in for the regular guy. I liked the job, but hated the hours. A Baker's hours are terrible!!
I have made these rolls 7 times since I discovered the video in June. They have turned out perfectly delicious and moist each time. I loved how each step was explained, demonstrated, and justified.

I loved this recipe! The first time I made these my dough was sticky and when it proofed it was huge 😆 this time I used my bread maker on dough setting and put the instant yeast last on top of flour. It came out wonderful. Thank you for your recipe 😋👍 yum

Hello! I made these last week with walnuts and they were amazing! I'm new to making dough so I didn't get them rolled tight enough for your quantity but they tasted just fine in bigger portions lol. Thanks for the recipe!

Awesome. This is exactly how we made them at Cinabon once upon a time when we made them correctly. We'd squiggle some carmel sauce/cream cheese icing on top.

Your tip about good cinnamon is absolutely on point! And, yes, Vietnamese cinnamon is the best! I get raves any time I make anything with Vietnamese cinnamon. I get mine from Penzeys.
I used your manually forming the dough tip and found that this method helped the shaping. Rolling the way you did also helped improve my technique. Making them darker improved my basic old recipe. Thanks!
I made these tonight. First time I have ever baked from scratch. 1/4th of my dough was not salvageable but I did manage to get 11 rolls out of it and it was delicious. Not sure if I didn’t have enough flour or what happened but you are right about rolling up part, I will probably never do this again but glad I tried.

I just made these. The rolls were soft and really rich. The only thing I would do differently next time is add brown corn syrup or maple syrup to the topping to make it more goey. My was still a bit dry and granulated. The Tate was awesome though. Thanks!!!
These pecan rolls look absolutely delicious! I will definitely make them after the holidays. Amazon has several brands of Saigon cinnamon and one of them was Kirklands, which is a Costco. But I bought a different brand. Thank you very much for sharing your amazing recipes.

Wow, those look so sinfully good. I like the tip of cutting with thread. I tried making some gluten-free cinnamon rolls and they tasted great but when I tried to cut them and put them in the pan they were very soft and kind of lost their form. Thanks!
I have to try these! I usually make plain rolls and cinnamon rolls. You made it look easy! To get my cinnamon roll dough started for the rolling part, I use a scraper from Dollar Tree.
