Disappearing Banana Nut Muffins. Set them out, and they’re gone!

2 Bananas
1/3 Cup Sugar
60g Butter
1/2 Fresh Lemon Juice
(Cook them for 5 minutes )
50g Chopped Pecans
2 Eggs
1 Tsp Vanilla Extract ( Whisk it well until we have lighter and lemony colour)
1/3 Vegetable Oil
1/2 Cup Milk
1 1/3 Cup Flour (160g)
2 Tsp Baking Powder
Topping;
1/3 Cup Packed Brown Sugar
2 Tbsp Flour
2 Tbsp Oats
2 Tbsp Butter
1/3 Cup Chopped Pecans
Bake in preheated oven at 350F for 25 minutes
