In Japan, the chorus to the song ("u-u-ua-ua") were misheard as ("u-u-uma-uma",) and its been known as the Uma Uma Dance since it went viral the first time. Uma [馬] in Japanese means horse. So DJ Shimamura threw a horse whinny in there as a joke to reference the song's popular name in Japanese.
@Fire7Knight I meant how did he find the full and extended version of the Shimamura remix. All the albums featuring this track don't have the extended version (to my knowledge).

Well, I don't know about the others, but I would like to find the rest of the songs extended, but I think the person who uploaded this only has this one song, and I have no clue where to find it or how to buy the extended version. I bought this cd, but it was the normal one and I don't know where this cd extended is.
