Yes, please do show how to adjust the springs on the pull-down blinds/fly screens. Also, now to clean the black out blinds on the skylights. Enjoy your youtube channel and the tips.
Missed your last weeks video. Really looking forward to your video on adjusting the spring tensions on the blinds, could you also show why they keep opening unexpectedly on their own, especially on a Bailey Phoenix 664 plus. Many thanks 🍻
Thanks for the update . Do you have / know of any real life video of what the differences are towing a 8 ft wide compared to standard caravan and what owners think who have made the change to 8ft. We have a twin axel Swift already so used to a bigger ie longer caravan and considering a Grande which would suit family better perhaps but wife is concerned it will mean we can’t access smaller sites and make towing stressful on A and B roads . The way I look at is while it might be a few hours towing its days of better accommodation 🤷♂️ Many thanks if you can point to some video or reviews on this subject
Hi, thanks for your question, we haven't done one sorry, but you can definitely tell the difference while towing as it's noticeable on the width, after a while you do get used to it but it definitely is noticeable on smaller roads. But we will pick an 8ft wide model to go away in as the towing stress is worth it, no issues getting into sites, and you do get used to the width while towing. Hope this helps
Hi Mark watching your vlog tonight you mention you don't have many 2 berths , are you interested in buying our pegasus genoa gt70 2018 full service history new tyres and new motor mover excellent condition with usual extras as stopping caravanning. Will continue to watch your vlogs regardless as we enjoy them so much. Cheers and thanks.
I am seeing still looking at motorhomes that the vans that are turning up are the more expensive ones. It's funny I even started looking at a caravan again but pitch fees put me off. Secondly the cost of taking a caravan on a ferry/euro tunnel is huge. In the summer it's only 300 pounds more to stay in a static in France than to pull the van all the way there. Also I love the Palermo but families are hit harder by economy than other vans types.
A couple of months back spent some time at 3am flitting between the 3 smoke alarms we have in the house trying to work out which one was beeping. After 15 cold minutes almost naked I became aware it was the CO2 alarm who's battery had failed after a mere 8 years - cheap rubbish ha ha ha ha
Is it possible to bye carbon/Fire alarms with a lower beep note? Woodcutting machinist by trade and over the years I've lost my higher range of hearing, cannot hear bird song.
Any chance you could do a video on tightening the handbrake? I put my van onto a leveling ramp today and it rolled down and the handbrake didn’t hold it😂
