Gort from The Day the Earth Stood Still, Tick Tock from Return to Oz, Dot Matrix from Spaceballs, and Brother Soul from the Suzy video. There were a couple others I recognized but can't remember the name from, like the Forbidden Planet robot and the robot from Lost in Space (Which might just be called 'Robot', now that I think about it.
