I know I’m out of step with lots of people not a fan of the centre washroom layout too compartmentalised. Like the new range.

Is the Sonos unit wired in for charging or will it need removing to charge it up.

Hi MrPWalden, the SONOS speaker includes a separate charger meaning you can take it anywhere. If you'd like to charge the speaker in the Media Station, then you can using the plug directly to its side - The Bailey Marketing Team.

@@baileyofbristol that’s a real shame. It kind of makes it pointless. You might as well just leave the gap there and allow the customer to choose their own brand rather than being forced to buy a brand that doesn’t even have dedicated integration.

@@Icemanin1994 it’s not tho. Because that’s fixed in place and wired/plumbed in. This is a wireless speaker that been dumped in a generic recess without any thought to the wiring/charging.

@@Icemanin1994 if you had to pull the fridge out each time you wanted to connect it to 230v/12v/gas then you would quite rightly be calling it a poor design. This setup with the wireless speaker is the same. The fact they haven’t included any sort of inbuilt charging function just screams last minute decision/poor design.
