I'm willing to bet it's expensive . Now I don't know if that location is underground say in a basement but a quality urethane will seal those cracks right up and there are epoxies that are moisture tolerant that would also work . I install carbon , epoxy and urethane and have fixed areas that the water was spraying out of wall so hard you could take a shower and with a few well placed Packers I can stop some major leaks
