After a few years of waiting we finally got to shoot with Gabe Franco and his carbon fiber widebody Chevy C10 drift truck and it was awesome! Not only can Gabe build as seen with this badass small block Square Body C10 but he can seriously drive and you can tell that his happy place is sideways and smokin' tires so sit back and enjoy the ride...

I really enjoy these types of builds and the guys who drive the hell out of them. I get the whole collecting cars scene, but driving them hard and enjoying them for what they were meant to do is so much more honest and real (and relatable). Awesome truck and video!

This makes me, for the 1st time, feel how old I am. I built a slammed 7/9 '85 square body on 17s with a built sbc 358 20yrs ago........Drifting wasn't a thing back then, but I get the build, 100 % !

I’ve owned a total of 8 different Squarebody Chevys and this one is by far the coolest thing I’ve seen done to one, I currently own a jacked up 3/4 ton with about 40k dumped into it and it could totally use that wide body kit. This kid is a savage behind the wheel, great work to both of you I love it!

I do so enjoy the stuff you guys find!!! This guy and his truck are AWESOME! I’d hang out with him, and I’d love to drive that truck! I like to build race trucks, myself (Built my first one, when I dropped a Twin-turbo 300zx motor from a ‘91 TT ZX into my 1990 rcsb Nissan Hardbody with the Z’s manual transmission and a ‘88 corvette rear IRS setup. That was back in ‘92.). There’s something about taking a pickup and making it handle better than a sports car.. or making it faster than the fastest muscle cars…. It’s just wrong, but in a way that just feels so… RIGHT.

3:09 Driver cars are fun, and top dollar cars are beautiful, but they're all purposed builds, which depends on the owner's goal(s). Some guys values experiences more than creativity and art. Action-orientated, adrenaline junkie versus guys that rather chill and enjoy X thing. Usually happens to those who experience long term isolation with time to reflect on their own character. Hence, why all builds are different, all builds are a reflection of their owners. Not to get too preachy, just talking my mind out! Sick C10 tho 💪💪

The first ride I bought was a C10 . It had a 350 engine with a Holly 4 barrel carb, 4 speed transmission.
