nice find on nintendo consoles, as would love spare 3ds myself as own older 3ds xl but my brother got new 3ds xl for like £110 pre owned few days ago so now want new 3ds xl possibly in future as back up 3ds.

I have 3 ps5 controllers all with stick drift, how do you test this at the market ?

I don't test them until I get home, if the controller has drift I usually try to clean it with some Isopropanol Alcohol IPA 99.99% Sometimes it's just when the connections are dirty in the controller but this does not always fix them

note I don't open the controllers up to clean, I use an old toothbrush and try getting down in the gaps where the thumb sticks are

In America we have similar things called Flea Markets, but most of the time people there are selling consoles for at or over EBay value. Its hard to get a good deal. For example, the Gameboys you were looking at would easily be over $100 here.

I am not sure, but I always think Flea Markets are more professional sellers? Is that right? Most car boot sales here are people just having a clear out of their houses. We do get the house clearance guys too, but they get so much stuff they often sell relatively good prices - we don’t have estate sales here. Our Charity shops (thrift stores) are tiny in comparison to yours too-I wish we had thrift stores even a fifth of the size of yours! I am slightly jealous! 😅

@@ThisisJo My local flea market is mostly full of professional sellers, but once in a while you'll get lucky and find smaller sellers who have great bargains. About a year ago I bought an OG Xbox from one of the smaller sellers for about $30, with all the wires and a few games.

Goodwill seems to be a good place to get second hand items, many videos online showing this, might be a good place to find items if there's one near you
