Is it holding? I have the same issue with the carbs from my Gpz 500S and toughted at roughly the same ideea,to pun directly an large O-ring and shape it somehow in the bowl's grove. It would help much to know the diameter of the ring,i may find some directly on the size that i need,without needing to cut and glue em....

Good for you man. I stick whit OEM stuff. My time is worth money. Disassembly the all thing again for a fuel leak, no thank you.
