I found that I needed to sew the side seams less than the 1/2" so I could sew it into the lining of my bag. When I made the 1st one the cards fit nice and snug which left me no room to sew it into the bag lining. Other than that I loved this tutorial.

You have on your pattern template that it is 8" x 15", yet I noticed you wrote on your notebook that it is 8" x 15.25". Which is correct? Thank you, love your video!

What if the lining is wider than the card slot piece ? Bag is 13" wide but card slot piece is about 8".

I keep getting lopsided. Back to the drawing board
