Guy was one of the first Crypto RU-vidrs I watched years back. Although I do not watch nearly the videos I once did, he is one of the only ones I still follow and watch. Good educational content with out the newly increased ego and sell out feel (who knows how he is actually) of a Bitboy or the alike. Thanks for the consistency!

Not fear all the time. It could be some practical factors which discourage people from reaching their goals in life. For instance, I've tried investing in the stock market several times but always got discouraged by fluctuations of stock value.

Literally just checked your channel yesterday for a new ADA video. This is great. 7:10 in addition to emurgos fund, we can't forget that the cardano treasury itself has roughly $1 billion available to fund anybody, anywhere. The biggest decentralized VC in the world. ADA holders vote on proposals submitted and real projects all over the world get free funding. 👍

I see Cardano like investing into a blank canvas before a good artist (in this case, Charles) creates a masterpiece on it. It’s not much to look at right now but I believe down the line it will be. Long term hold and accumulate for me.
@@coryjohnson2486 on the contrary, Cardano, ADA is very young and Charles had previous experience on a major project (Ethereum). If you’ve watched a few of his open calls you’d see he discusses this, Ethereum and it’s short comings, in a live environment to the community. He’s never stated it’d be a guaranteed success, in fact the opposite. As other major devs behind big projects will say. He has however attracted the attention of investors and stuck to the development road map of the devs. One of the most interesting and highly staked projects in the crypto market imo. You can always buy Shib instead 😂
There's nothing odd about CIP-30. It's a standard. So having it there is kind of like documenting the decisions that have been made, rather than it still being in proposal. Nami's developer Alessandro was involved in moving CIP-30 forward.

until Hydra comes Cardano has no advantage at all over Etheruem or any other PoS EVM compatibile smart contract L1s, Polygon, Avax, One, Fantom. and when Hydra comes (probably not before EoY) then we can talk, EVM compatibility is key imo for mass adaption or you will miss 2022 the year of NFT and Gaming apps
One thing i have learned about ADA is that it will pump when you least expected. Being that it is at 1.30 at the time of this comment i think it's a fantastic buy.
I love Cardano and have held for years but now moved my focus to Verasity VRA and it's 25% staking and proof of view patent and gaming connections in metaverse!

Lol to be fair, cardano has been in a downward regression band for over 4months now. It's not just the whole market when ADA's momentum downwards began back when everything else was pushing ATH's....

Concurrency isn’t issue now it’s just back end build (PAB) finalising for independent Dapps, Cardano has other oracles than Chainlink like Charli3, but final comment “when Dapps launch $ADA is going to go nuts” I couldn’t agree more! 👍🏻 2022 should be epic for Cardano

@ $1.02 ADA has dumped 67% since it's all time high. Do you think the release of the dApps will de-couple ADA from the price of bitcoin? BTC could drop down to $36k or $32k .... hell if the stock market dumps it could go to $13k, 2017/18 saw BTC drop 83%
@@I.am.Bananaman no, not like Ethereum. Cardano has much more potential. The simple fact that CARDANO transaction fees are next to nothing is a huge advantage. I think CARDANO will steal Ethereums market share.

Fantom is already everything that ETH 2.0 is supposed to be, sharding & POS, super low fees and super fast, and Fantom is overtaking ETH in active contract volume, and yet despite the massive functional capability of smart contracts and defi, every other altcoin moves with bitcoin, nothing has decoupled. Bitcoin retreats to $32k, cardano is heading down to 0.20c

"Guy" Really, "Concurrency issues"? Hold on. I think this is more about the fact that Cardano uses the extended UTXO model that is different from ETH's account based model and offers many advantages. Sundae Swap presented I believe 9 options on how eUTXO may be handled and they chose one among the lot but did not want to disclose their approach until they were ready for testnet. Cardano can process far more than 1 transaction per block.
Eth, Btc, Ada and many more went about 3,5 times their 2017/2018 highs. Seems logically. And therefore, I wouldn’t be surprised, we’re going down for quite a while.

I don't worry if Ada drops further. Then it will only mean more to buy. It is not likely that it will get much lower tho. And it's the impatience of some of the holders that make it drop so low
I love Charles, his ethic to start with a finished, tested, functional product, and his vision for the world, but sorry Guy, the negativity around Cardano isn't largely fear about the Crypto market. It's whether Cardano can match the promise. The current offer is hard for developers - easier to work with competitors like Solana. The latest issue is that those running pools are only 'shilling' ADA as they get 100% interest
