@@roadtobinbou9593 Back in 2016, there were huge turnouts of Shadow Paladin Revengers. Keep in mind that G Guardians came out halfway into the year so for that years springfest, Break Ride into Legion was the big thing; and if you survived that, Diablo would have killed you. That's not to say that it wasn't Standard Luard levels of unfair, but it was still really strong. And don't get me started on Gavriel. G Guards made her even stronger but even without them, simply getting a 6k buff to your VG every time you took a damage made it extremely defensive. And that's not even counting Nociel, which was essentially Angel Feather's poster child. ... man I feel old talking about this.
This is honestly my favorite scene form vanguard and this scene is the reason I love vanguard so much you could win at any chance you get risking everything on the line to win feeling like you could make a mistake that could cost you the game getting scared you might lose just take a chance you don't know what could happen
This is one of the reasons I love this anime. They put their hearts and imaginations into the game and when characters do lose they don't throw a hissy fit(unless it's the antagonist) like in Yugioh. I LOVE Vanguard the most out of ANY card game! I just wish they'd reissue the old sets like Yugioh is doing. I miss the OG and G Era for Vanguard.
u know if ur back row are empty u can move ur front row units back and then use this guy's skill then u get the power without losing rearguards even if theyre grade2 and then move back front LIKE A BOSS
Hmm...it would never actually happen, but: Break Ride Gauntlet Buster Dragon over Electric Shaper Dragon. Call two Devil Blade Eradictor, Cho-ou's, retiring 4 of their rearguards thanks to Shaper's effect. Gauntlet gains 4 Crit (5 total). Attack and hit with a RG attack boosted by Linchu, retire their last rearguard. Gauntlet is now at 6 Crit total. Drive two criticals for 8 total.
Holy shit this takes me back. Still remember when AF first came out and Shamsiel was the most busted defensive deck because the 2k boost everytime a card is put into the damage zone would make guarding so much easier.
It's the biggest rarety of a card. Some RR and RRR cards are reprint as SP cards, it's the same idea as the rarety ghost from YGO. There is one every 120 boosters, approximately.
Originally Armor Break Dragon's Critical is 1, with the skill it gets +10k power and +2 Critical and retires 2 of opponents' front units, ends up with 24k power and Critical 3.
Cardfight Vanguard. This episode was from the 3rd season that aired ages ago. You can watch the entire series on Crunchyroll if you have an active accounts. Cheers!
It is becuz armour break skill is retire 2 front row rg and abd gets 10k + 2 crit......adding his original crit it is 3 crit in total plus the crit trigger it is 4 crit
You probably got the worst SP of the pack... And Armor Break is a very difficult Vanguard to play : If you do his LB at the wrong timing, you're as good as dead. But, if you want to do it anyway, I suggest a lot of Draws Triggers, 6 or 7 : Throwing 3 cards at the Limit Break is huge, you'll need extra cards. Rising Phoenix may be usefull. You should also do a lot of attacks quicly, forcing your opponent to use a lot of his hand early in the game, but beware of Perfect Guards.
Looking at this now, Naoki wouldve won regardless of if he got two triggers, he just needed a crit to win. Since even if Armor didnt go through, he could just give the crit to Vowing Sword and win like that
There's a 10k lacking in the information... Am i the only one to think that? It have 34k with triggers.. but where's the last 10k from? A unit can rarely boost 10k, thats why I wonder
Critical 4 is only after the second Drive Check drawn is a Critical Trigger. But seriously, first time Critical level can be reached to 4. How high a Critical can reach I wonder...?
did anyone notice he got a draw trigger and he didn't draw so that would have meant he wouldn't have gotten the other trigger man they forgot the rules
Too expensive and not enough raw power. With generation guardians, it'd never hit unless the opponent had practically no cards in hand. It'd be awesome to see in a fight though.
