Yes ! That’s the best thing to do , this format of doing deck preview is really good ! I don’t prefer only voice, interaction with audience through webcams is much better
Great deck once again DF! Interesting that you using the 4 PBD, 3 Caar, 1 Dark Dic line up that was seen it a lot of first week lists. Manny people dropped Caar to 1-2 or outright dropped him from the deck, because they felt riding Caar was a game lost in most cases if you didn't draw PBD. However, I think 3 Caar is fine personally. Trigger line-Up looks spot on to what people are slowing favouring in recent tops. G1 and G2 line-Up looks spot on as well. Again when people dropped Caar down, Nightmare Painter got cut from the deck is favour of Abyss Route or Blaster Dagger. But seeing as 3 Caar is working great for you, I see no reason for you to drop it.
Yeah I think if you don't run Caar or run low copies of him, then it's best to drop the Painter. I just really liked his easy resource generation, and even riding it didn't feel bad since most decks usually have a weaker first G3 ride anyway.
Can I just say that this has been one of the biggest impact Shadow Paladin has done in a new era. The other being Revengers and Luard (I'm just getting to fight more Luards). They are a flippin THREAT dude! Haha it's really fun to fight imo
Interesting list, similar to what I plan to run save for different ratios like 2-2 between Badhabh Caar and Dictator (or I go 3 Dictator, 1 Caar), possibly 2 Abyss Router over Painter, and a 6-6 ratio between Crits and Draws (though I will also playtest the 8-4 and 7-5 ratios). I've also considered dropping a Javelin for a 4th Cathbad.
I miss your Chibi avatar, especially when you have different reactions and poses when you explain stuff. But if you prefer the facecam than I understand, either way you're still showing us the deck.
Here's my line up to be honest Im going to running two diffrent builds First main deck build because you inspired me; 4 phantom blaster dragón 3badchar 2 dark dictator 4 blaster dark (image rare) 4 darkness maiden macha 3 blaster rapier or the girl who gets 5 k for seeing a card called, 4 skull witch nemain 4 charon 3 painter 2 jav and 8 crits 4 draws 4 heals and one starter The next deck is probably going to consist of 4 dark dicator 4 badchar 4 blaster dark 4 blaster rapier 4 blaster axe or the grade 2 witch of calamity 4 nemian 4 charon 3 painter 2 jav 8 crits 4 heals 4 draws the second deck isa fun build lol
Loved the video mate thanks .. do I want to be playing more or less the same line up in the English game? Or something slightly different. Have not played vanguard in quite a few years that I have not! Always loved shadows that I have💞☄️ as soon as the preorder was up for the English cards I got my lovely’s that I did. Just having not played in a good while was not certain the best way to go about building the deck that I am not.
I can't wait for this set to release. I love the PBD art even though shadow blasters deck aren't looking too great. Again, I want my freaking searcher. Also for premium is it a good idea to go PBD (V) 4 BDD 4 or are there any other g3s I should be using. (Note trying for a blaster deck so not too open to using luard)
If the only reason to run howl owl is to call it to the field, then why not just run another cirt instead? If you call it to the field, that unit will just be a vanilla 5k ,regardless of what trigger it has,but if you drive check it/draw into it,that crit trigger/extra shield will be more useful than what howl owl offers, generally speaking. EDIT:Just saw your comment explaining this,so NVM
Nice Video man, thanks for it, i would like to ask you a question about the Software u using to make the profile, i use an online one but they are periodically updating the cards to the V-series so no Al4 cards yet just past formats, this is for teaching my community to play CFV since it is verry helpfull! Keep up the gold work and take care
Has it been confirmed that PBD can only retire opponent RG? It only says "units" on the card text so theres been talk of it being able to retire a vanguard
Just another case of ENG having errors on their card text again lol. Hopefully it's corrected when the actual card comes out (though I highly doubt it).
cool deck, not my jam honestly. still cool. is it possible we might see a deck profile for the nova asura kaiser deck in the future? asking for a friend.
I've decided from this set onward I'm just gonna feature actually GOOD budget decks from the upcoming sets, so it's likely just gonna be 1 or 2, for some sets maybe even 0. There'll be one for this set.
Hey man, I really wanted to join back but I am not sure if the plauerbase is still there anot, anyone mind explain to me the state of VG is after the v series, Issit getting better or worse?
From my perspective and people that I've been talking to, it seems like it's grown a fair bit in the local communities! Regionals have also been having consistent player counts over 100 or 200 in the more populated areas, but a lot of local communities seem to be reviving with the reboot as well. I think over the next few months it should only keep on growing!
I am waiting for Link Joker to come out. I hope Ibuki uses Deletors in the V series because messiah is not really my thing. Does anyone one know when it might come out?
all other triggers have 5k base too why would you run a draw to call as if you cant call a crit? you're running 1 less crit anyways so if you're afraid on missing out on the crit or the shield, you already are
Becauses Draws also come with the benefit of being free fodder whether for retiring, or even discards: Better to drop a 5k shield for PBD/BD's cost than a costy 15k shield.
Thomas Earl Sanchez the logic still doesnt make sense You'd literally run less shield in your deck to retire a useless card instead of possible shield If you're running the draw to draw thats one thing But running it to not feel bad about tossing it is just bad deck building
Note: nothing is wrong with draws, draws are great. But running cards for the sole purpose of not feeling bad about getting rid of them is just illogical if you're going to call/retire a draw bc it is a 5k shield then doing the same thing if that card was a crit is the sane thing they are both 0k shields if you dont use them as shield shield value of a card you call doesnt matter if you arent using it for that running a card with less shield value to feel less bad about calling/retiring it only makes you feel better about it, but doesnt make it hurt you any more or less the only benefit of adding a draw is hitting it as a draw trigger
Because Crits are more useful in the deck instead of a vanilla Draw. You never want to call a Crit on the field since you're wasting a 15k shield that can be used at hand. Draws on the otherhand are more disposable, plus Howl Owl is a fan favorite in the clan so why not?
Yeah it's a bit hard to defend since technically playing 8 crit and calling one is the same as playing 7 crit and calling a draw, but with 8 crit you still have the chance of critting and ending the game quicker without having the need for an extra Nemain. I actually played with 8 crit for quite a while, but I just had too many games where I needed one more call off Nemain and it always felt bad fetching a crit with it LOL I think it makes perfect sense to run 8 crit as well, so don't let that stop you haha
@@DifferentFight I have a question about the deck itself. Why only one dark dictator. Its the secondary ace isnt it? Since youre running charon, it pairs really well.
Mainly 'cause it doesn't really net you any real plus in a deck that requires it so desperately. Caar creates perfect retire fodder right off the bat, and thus it feels more fitting for the overall winning image of the deck.
That'd be very generous, it'll realistically be more around the $50 ball park because it's Shadow Paladin. Most VRs go for around $30 at launch so PBD will surely be a lot higher than that.
I think Dagger is quite good as well and I did try him, but I had some games where I was genuinely missing 1-2 soul, whether it'd be for Charon or Caar, so I decided to go for the Painter in the end to have a bit more of a safety net.
Nova player went too hard in the early game, there is no need to commit that hard when all the crits you play can potentially push all the early damage through that you want.
Can someone tell me all the vanguard seasons in order. I used to watch vanguard then stopped . I stopped watching anime. I also watched buddyfight too but then quit.
