Look! I am from Chicago. Networks were warning Chicago and the better part of the Midwest of a high alert vortex (-21 degrees) to stay indoors, and come out only if necessary. There were no people out for days, or nights for that matter. What is a normally a crowded city every day, looked like a ghost town. But it is other things that just don't add up.
