@@marciestoddard730 it just seems like they are used to it and at a certain social class they are raised to be used to it. Which is unfortunate. It used to stress me out but once Covid happened, and we were all working from home… it gave me time to reevaluate my life and remember where I came from and the things I should be appreciative of. I’m just thankful I had the opportunity to live a life where I can see it as not normal . Instead of just another day living like my peers. There is an advantage of growing up disenfranchised and dirt poor… you are all too poor to be worried about status on that level.

It's people with power struggle, they confused money or things with real power, grits and pure love and energy. It's sad but true, they're the majority of people traits these days. Especially in boomer generation, gen x, millenial the least.

she’s so real bruh. i feel like Cardi really isn’t about drama (anymore) and she’s pretty straight forward and mature. it’s just if someone gets in her face or says sum about her, she’s gonna stand up for herself and fire back but that’s valid. society always wants to make the person who fires back the villain instead of the person who started the flame.

Everyone isn't supposed to like you every where all the time. I don't like everyone everywhere all the time, and that's ok. It's called life. I do my job, be as respectful as is required and go on about my day.

I understand her. The music industry seems very untrustworthy. I saw so many women in the business switch up on her and it’s disgusting because women always talk about how men cause drama between them but a lot of times women cause unnecessary drama between each other.
Allot of the women who worked with her or even pretended to like her was only because they didn’t like someone else that she was beefing with at that time. So she is very valid to not mess with the industry when everything everyone ever did was for the sake of trying to take down someone else. Like it’s crazy she had people push her for the sake of her to go against someone she never even wanted to beef with in the first place and then when she didn’t do what they wanted her to they left her behind and moved on to the next girl

Cardi took some very wrong approaches and it's true it did backfire on her horribly. But if we talk about celebs and public things in general, isn't it kinda impossible? Like even somebody who's very well articulate and great with translating things well in text still get dragged a lot. I feel that why many people today with great talent dont risk being that famous anymore. Its not worth it anymore. The respect is not there anymore in general not just for them as public figures but the World itself has become very angry and selfish.

Sometimes you don't know what you did to get that response so you want to clear it up. If someone was offended and you didn't mean it that way. It's not about getting someone to like you, it's more about making sure they knew what you meant so that the hate is warranted or not. Sometimes things are a misunderstanding.
I never understood that. A friend of mine told me someone didn't like me. I just laughed and kept it moving because I knew there was absolutely no reason. It's not my business to find out.

I absolutely agree that you know when someone doesn’t like you, when someone’s fake energy is towards you, or when someone is trying hard to get your attention. However, there’s also grace and class in not caring about them because you know you’re good enough.

It's imperative to address issues as they come up. People who allow negative emotions to "fester" and "perculate" against another and say nothing generally do that as a form of manipulation. Positive self esteem is generally difficult to maintain in the entertainment industry unless you come into it secure and whole😅
