The properties with the people in them who aren't paying rent, you will have to evict them anyways cuz you can't sell it with people living or squatting there unless the new owners make a deal with them. My mom had a house she was renting out & the people wouldn't pay their rent & before she sold she had to get them out. It was a nightmare. The squatters have more rights than the owners. People could literally destroy your life & they don't even care.
