The person that hired them takes full credit and the writer avoids being noticed. They don't have to do a whole project solo, sometimes they are working [in this case] with the artist and brainstorming. Cardi can still be writing her own lyrics like any other artist, but she can also have help on the side. simple. this is no attack either.
