There is a big black market spinnin around,and actually professional doctors allso warned many people,that BBL and ass-shots is one of the most dangerous procedures exist,due to a main bloodvessel marching in the buttcheek area,wich if get hurt,can provoke a trombozis,that main vessel goes directly to the lungh,and lungh trombosis is lethal.Other thing is that noone really knows,what is in the ass-shots,it can even be cement,non-medical type silicome,and god knows what else.
