great explanation...but i have a doubt regarding clinical challenge..agar hypokalemia se cardiac muscle ka implulse conduction increase hota h to vagal stimulation se bhi hona chahiye bcz vagal stimulation bhi to k+ efflux increase krta h??plz clear it
