I’m in my second semester now. I found your channel in my first semester. You have helped me so much with content I wasn’t grasping in class. And your videos on how to answer NCLEX style questions have really helped me learn how to navigate questions on exams. I also like the proof that I have passed one semester. It makes me believe in myself to pass all of the others. My first semester was so brutal haha! So thank you so much for helping me get through these semesters!

Hi Professor D, thank you thank you for your videos!! they help me immensely & actually stick with me. I did want to point out something in your video, at time 21:32. You stated that the body can't make cholesterol but it is made in the liver. I believe you meant to say "your body can make cholesterol". Just wanted some clarification ☺ God bless 🙏

For administering the morphine to the patient with suspected MI with severe chest pain, would morphine be the first medication to administer because his chest pain is SEVERE, and that that choice includes contacting the physician? I thought we gave nitroglycerin first for chest pain in an MI. However, the nitroglycerin option specifically says "until the pain subsides," which makes it incorrect. Just trying to make sure I understand the MONA B correctly. Oxygen, aspirin, nitroglycerin, the morphine if needed, followed by beta blockers. Thank you!
