I had bypass surgery. I often feel anxious and honestly cannot explain why. I am cognizant of what I'm feeling in my chest, and this does fuel feelings of anxiety from time to time. I have avoided anxiety medication because I have been on them in the past and did not enjoy the side effects. I am taking CBD gummies, which help with anxious feelings without the unwanted side effects. This video has been very helpful. Thank you.
I am a sudden cardiac arrest survivor. I was in a coma and now have a pacemaker. That was a year and a half a go. I am suffering with cardiac depression. Nothing is fun and life is boring . I am easily disappointed by life . I don't make enough money to even get help.
She's very articulate and clearly understood. Thank you but I'm adding one more thing. Heart attacks are spiritual attacks too and can be classified as a demonic attack on your soul. A curse, a spell or simply that your blessed nature annoys them cause you have faith in what the most high creator created 🙏❤ keep God in your life.
Thanks for this! I've never really considered myself "depressed". But I am anxious. I'm constantly thinking. And worrying "What if?" and I freak out if things are out of my control. I have fibrillation problems.
When you've had bypass surgery and you're in your 70"s then your heart doctor says you should live another 6-8 years, baring anything else. Depression yes. I'm just trying to remove stress from my life now. My doctor says, that alone will increase your life expectancy over his projection.
