Presented for Historical Purposes Only - A lot of my earliest tapes are just bits and pieces of things. The VCR was new and blank tape was still pretty expensive! I'd recorded the Mets Home Opener in 1986 for a friend of mine, and I'd taped over it later BUT a few minutes still remained on the tape. Since I did not see this game posted elsewhere I figured this excerpt was better than nothing. The Mets would go on to lose the game 6-2 in extra innings, but I think they managed to do OK the rest of the year! Apologies for the poor (38-year-old) quality.
