Lots of cardio variations using spry bands as a guide. Also used gliders, 12 and 15 pounds dumbbells. 50 minutes of cardio and bodyweight, then added biceps and core the last few minutes.

didn't have any equipment and it wasn't a problem at all until the last weight part, and instead of weights I used some heavy books. Still burned almost 400 calories!!

Hey Yvettte! I have loved every one of your classes that I have tried! I try to do an hour or more 4 to 5 times a week. I'm thinking ahead to the summer when I'll have my school aged boys more. Could you possibly release some more 30 minutes videos! That may be all I have time for this summer! Keep up the awesome work!!!!

Yvette Bachman hey yvette, im overweight and i want to lose my arm fat of course i do for all my body but my concern is i use 2lb dumbells cuz i wana lose fat mot build muscle for my arms and chest.i use dumbells for 30 mins cardio kickboxing..will that help my arms lose fat
