It's so hot here that today I chose the shortest workout on the plan. The plan is interesting, some of the workouts are familiar, but I like them. What a fun dance workout! I like all dances. Although I don't dance as gracefully as Lauren, I dance with great pleasure! Thank you so much Lauren! In the evening I will do a new interesting workout.
Hi🙂 I turned 70 on 4th July and trying to find something to keep me fit. Have tried some of your routines and feel happy with them. Also like your happy, positive and encouraging presentations. lots of fun! I was able to do half standing and then half adjusted sitting. 6 months ago, I didn't believe I would be able to go any standing exercise when I started with your chair yoga exercise.
What a fun workout! Thank you so much for putting the weekly calendars together. I tend to follow along better if there is a calendar to follow. They seem like the perfect combo of cardio and strength!❤
Lauren, you are amazing, I’m limited to what I can do. I’ve tried going to gym’s to take aerobic class. Those Instructor’s are so interested in themselves. Beginners and Senior class are so very hard to find. I’m 77 y/o. Thank you so much for helping us seniors and beginners. I’m on a budget social security only not much. So again, may God continue to bless you for helping us immensely 🎶🙏🏻💃🏻
I'm so glad I found your refreshing, fun videos. I've had 2 spinal surgeries so I need to be careful, but I did the entire 30 minutes pilates without any pain! I'll be back again, and again, and again. Now, onto dance.

This was fun. Had a hard time figuring out how to do the Salsa. Still I enjoyed it. More of these would be great as well as more strength and cardio with dumbbells.

Hello Lauren, i just found your channel and i fall in love ❤ all of your workout routine are so easy to follow but goshh, it makes me sweat! I just had a thyroidectomy surgery and i want to exercise again, but even the beginner move on many fitness youtuber, doesnt so beginner for me (im still very cautious of my neck). So grateful to find your channel. It is so easy and fun, make me diligently build my habit again. Truckload of thanks ❤

Another great video, Laura! I love that you are incorporating dance videos more often. I'm recovering from an injury (I'm a cyclist) and it's great that I can move different parts of my body (and modify the moves for what still ails me!) than cycling demands. Your videos are excellent. That was great. I hope you do more like this. I’m 72 and taught Zumba and refit up until last September. Try to do one of your workouts every day but I really love dance!

I am one of those people that have NO coordination, dance has never been "pretty" for me! With this workout (and the simplicity of and the intentional directions) I feel like I can dance! I like the cardio workouts that are at 20 minutes or less. :)
Thanks Becky. I'll eventually do more dance routines. They take me about 4 times as long to choreograph. The dance workout for the holidays was my first, so I'm still "testing the waters"!
