So maybe another sports based drills workout👍🏼 Also, a stretch or active recovery day would be nice to balance out the rotation. Oooooo.... or a balance workout! Wow. Thanks for posting Karen. I felt my body sore since I might have overdone my workout yesterday. I was undecided what to do today. But once I saw you posted a workout, I knew I had to do it. I liked this workout and I am amazed how well I did especially being sore. If we put our mind to it, the body can do wonders. The only part I had to modify was the cardio. I could have done it, but today was not the day. After this one, I did an oldie video of yours lower body with mini ball. You know I love the mini ball workouts. I did go easy after and did a 20 mins stretch video. Thanks for posting more workouts especially at this time with everything that is going on. You are such a blessing to us. Take care
