Sir this is the best cardio session I have come across.. Dont know how come I have been hooked up to other medicine lectures which are not conceptual like this and have been very boring.. Thanks for all your efforts and hats off... First time i am understanding the hemodynamics after your explanations from q18. I cant think of anyone else for my medicine preparation anymore.. thanks once again

Sir in the ebsteins anomaly it is said in pedia that most common arry is psvt as the atria is large , and in long term prophylaxis of psvt it says in pharma to give beta blockers or ccb , so how to rule out option d in this question. As nothing is mentioned in question so should we take psvt into account or wpw into account?
