This is great. I think tarot's court cards offer interesting choices on the masculine and feminine showing up in spreads. Lenormand's man and woman are fairly neutral from what I understand.

Yes, but it's also up to you. You can choose to make the Man and Woman more masculine and feminine, or you can neutralize them a bit. Also, the reading itself might guide you with how best to interpret them - depending on surrounding cards and the question.

I love that you are doing this series! Very informative and useful. I personally view the Scythe card in Leonormand as similar to the Tower in tarot. I would love to hear your thoughts on that. I’d also like to hear your thoughts on how the tarot card 7 of Swords compares with the Fox and Snake cards and the Lovers in tarot with the Choice card. Thank you again for doing this series!

Hi Layla, I'm a fan and I have bought your course which I love, there is always room to learn more and expand our knowledge. I'm also a Lenormand and tarot reader of many years. I was following you quite well until you got to the tower cards. With all due respect i think you are pushing the boundaries a little too far when comparing the two towers. The tarot Tower is all about drastic changes and upheavals in our lives, actually quite the opposite of the Lenormand tower which brings strength and longevity besides officialdom and organisations. No matter the context would I try to find a common link between those two cards. Sometimes we just have to accept that there are cards that just don't have the same connotations. Everyday new people come to tarot and lenormand and it is our responsibility to teach them the differences. After all they are two very different systems and I think that it should be respected otherwise over the years we will lose the integrity of each Oracle and what makes them different.

I took Layla' s perspective on the two Tower cards to be that they are simply the same names, hence, further explanation was warranted

Ive been asking tarot and Lenormand the same question. I’ve been getting very clear messages from tarot that the relationship I am asking about will not last. Lenormand gives me very positive messages of growing love and developing relationships. How shouId understand that? Thank you
