The video opens with an Asian-American man, Jiro, walking with his brother, Sam, who displays a mobility impairment, into a care facility. Jiro's daughter asks why her uncle can't live with the family. Additional scenes of Jiro with his brother, with his wife, and of Jiro seated in a jury box reveal that Sam has been hurt in some way. These scenes are intercut with title cards that highlight how "Jiro's Story" puts a spotlight on America's care crisis. The final sequence of the video cuts between Jiro in the courtroom and scenes of his brother and family, as Jiro asks the jury for a chance to "do it right this time." It ends with a title card that reads: "Everyone deserves to live, work, care, and age with dignity."
