Didnt help me either but maybe you will know, when im looking at my squad management page. I have a ST in CF position he has a small green +5 just above his player rating, I move him to CAM he goes to -2 in red but the player rating doesnt change. So my question is what does this +5 or -2 represent?

I'm glad I stumbled on a channel that's dedicated to career mode. It's been my favorite mode for years now. This year, I decided to try a fun AFC Richmond playthrough where I started in the Championship League trying to fight my way into the Premier League again. Managed to do it in the last 2 games of the season, locking down a promotion spot. Then in the next season up in the Premier League, I managed to finish 6th, narrowly missing out on the 5th spot, and Europa League, which I was hoping for. But, luckily for me, I did qualify for the FA Cup, which was against Manchester City, the team that welcomed us to the Premiere League in our first game with a 3-0 stomping. This time though, I managed to knock Manchester City down and win the FA Cup, getting that Europa Cup selection after all. And now, in my 3rd season, a lot of our rookies are looking good, we're currently sitting in 5th place in the Premier League, with 2 games to go, one of them against Spurs who are sitting ahead of us in 4th, and we have the Europa League finals in a week as well. This is definitely a way more enjoyable play through than a lot of my usual play throughs with my usual favorite teams, like Bayern, where I always get tempted to just buy the best players I want. Now with the AFC Richmond play through, I'm having to pick up young players, like Milos Kerkez, who has turned into a dominant LB for us.

@@DingJe It's definitely been a fun challenge. With the right sliders, it truly felt like a struggle to fight into the Premier League and an even bigger struggle to beat the likes of Manchester City.

How do you play it. Do you just quick sim games or do you play them to always win? I always win unless im feeling lazy and just quick sim.

@@mexpyros9665 I'm using the Operation Sports FIFA 23 sliders and World Class difficulty I think it is. That was getting me some pretty realistic games that were sometimes easy wins, where I would be up 2-0 and controlling, and other games where my team was just getting dominated and I couldn't seem to get a minute of time with the ball. I played pretty much all of my first season games, since I needed every point to get promoted into the Premier League again, and then in the second season once I had been promoted, I might play the first half and them sim the rest, or do the highlights mode and only control the offensive chances, which might mean I was losing games 2-0 because I only got 2 or 3 chances on attack. Now that I'm in my 3rd season, after finishing in 4th place in my 2nd season, I have more money to work with, but I've also tried to keep most of the core players on the team. I've got a core group of subs that are developing well that were all cheap purchases from my first season, and then I made the club's biggest signing so far, grabbing Reece James to take over from Dixon who was honestly great back at the RB position, he was just approaching 30, and I wanted someone younger with more skills and more years left to play. In my 3rd season, we're in the UEFA league now, so I'm hoping to compete for that, and after finishing 4th last season, I'm going to be trying to compete for the top spot in the Premier League. Even that's harder now, since there are so many more games to play than when I was just a struggling team trying to jump back into the Premier League.

For a sec I thought "wait you finished 6th and missed out on UEL?" then remembered that 6th in the league only gets you into UEL if the fa cup is won by a team above you. That's how rare its been for anyone outside the top 5 to win the fa cup over the last decade.

I’ve been doing a Wrexham career and in in 4th season, I got promoted back to back but now I’m in the championship and I’m not finding it as fun, sometimes I find it too easy and I’m top by January but then I can go to 8th by April, my squad rating is between 70-76 and my average age is around 24-26, any ways I could maybe make the save more fun again to play in?

Keep them in the youth academy, otherwise their potential will drop quickly even if they play or go on loan. Wait until it says they’re unsettled and then promote them 👍

I'm coaching Independiente, I have the best attack, one of the best defenses and i'm leading the league, but I only got offers from teams in Argentina and it's already June, so i'm a bit worried if I can't get offers from europe because i'm playing on the Argentinian league. If you want a good career mode look at the youtube channel of buzzko. He has amazing rules and a google spreedsheet including rules for your squad and a realistic transfer calculator. I have never played a better and more fun carer mode!!!

I think it's realistic mate offloading the dead wood some players you won't use after all your real madrid who are known for spending money so bringing in new players is essential so your team doesn't get old and weaker

i dont think frimpong will be optimal more of a traditionel rb like Mazraoui and i think mbappe instead of osimhen and no goncalo ramos and maybe a better lb than garcia to start i would recommend grimaldo😎hope this helps
