For everyone: When doing a custom setup, start with selecting a recommended set up. For those that will only change a couple of things, if you don't select a recommended set, you will by default get the tightest setup.
@@nikea8207 yes now I don't know if it will be available on day one or later down the line but it will the DIRTcar series UMP modifieds, and the Super DIRTcar series Blocked modifieds and their will be 3 real tracks I-55, Lucas oil speedway and Limaland motorsport park. So the modifieds will be one pack and the tracks will separate from what I herd
@@johnathanjohnson5367 I took it as everything will be available by the end of the year. My guess is in October we get the modifieds and a track. With the other two tracks coming in November and December. Again that's just a guess.
Hey Jeff, thanks once again for helping my buying decisions on premium priced games. Being on a fixed income $70 is a tough thing to budget, but I'll deal with a month of Ramen for this one! One thing I'd like you to show in maybe a future video of this game is the crash dynamics and damage. Especially in the WoO series. Rollovers and wing damage is the one thing that I'm interest in. As someone who lives in central Pennsylvania in the heart of Posse country ( Our local track is Port Royal) I’m beyond thrilled for this game! It’s great seeing a lot of our smaller local boys in this game!
Seeing TJ Stutts & Kyle Moody in the last video was surprising, wasn’t their paint schemes but still good to see they’re getting to that level of detail.

So as a dirt track racer myself ill give a few pointers. Brakes dont exist forget about them. Throttle control is where its at , you want a tighter setup not looser. And your pitching your vehicle in too far. Its easy to loop out if you fight it too much, throttle control and very small wheel feed is key especially at higher speeds. Its nice to see a game focused on the dirt track scens actually getting the spotlight. Have a nice day and hope you feel better
I worked my way up to the truck series. Sat down to play one morning on a weekend only to find that one of my kids had accidentally overwrote my save. Never played it again lol
Damn, I wish Monster Games still had the NASCAR contact because they've been improving so much about their games over the past couple years. I know they're not graphically up to par, but the physics and sounds get better and better with each release. I still race the SLM's in the SRX game ALL THE TIME.
I'm kind of hoping they do a grassroots asphalt racing game with maybe the CARS Tour or something of that nature as the top series. Imagine having the option to race dirt or asphalt as you pleased with these kinds of games.
@@RB3Author I've been saying the same thing. Imagine a game with all the popular short tracks. NWS, The Fairgrounds, Bristol, Martinsville, Slinger, new Smyrna, south Boston, etc. And 6-8 different car classes. It'd easily be the best oval racing game in decades.
That'd be awesome to have a game that just has you focusing on becoming the local legend or the regional champ rather than always aiming for the big leagues. If I want to be a homeboy who just runs the three tracks near me, let me do it and try to beat the outlaws when they come into town.
God this game is amazing I can’t wait. They really killed it on this one. Each one has gotten better and better. Only thing I wish was the tire upgrade was gone. You only have a certain tire to pick from. So maybe just have used and new and used was just a little less grip. Also if they made it to where you could pick your local track instead of it doing it for you would be nice. I felt that local idiot spin out. I have been that guy before lmao
I am a dirt IMCA Modified driver and have been racing for 6 years...my first 2 years were really bad trying to learn the car... I did take it to an asphalt track before racing on dirt to make sure I had the car running right before my first actual dirt race and I did great on asphalt...on dirt it took me awhile to learn to actually get the car up to speed... I do run a tight car now which does work well for me
I am so damn excited for this game!! Excited Sammy comes with the pre-order! I hope they add Steve Kinser at a later date. One little thing I wish they would add is a flagman at the start/finish line🏁. Something simple but yet could be beneficial if you’re not paying attention to the lap counter.
Hey Jeff:) just wanted to give a couple tips. The low line Is the faster line for the most part and try controlling the pitch of the car with the throttle. The more you saw the wheel the more speed you scrub off. Thanks for the videos all the way around.

Been at the dirt tracks my whole life my brothers home track was fairbury live a hour from there he raced ump mods had a few track championships too can’t wait to play this game

About the only thing I wished they’d change is adding a cell phone feature like the EA games and have drivers / people call and / or text you instead of giving us cringy, amateur videos. Like, I get what they’re trying to do, but it was way cooler 20 years ago then it is now. Other than that minor annoyance, it looks great. The lifetime stats is a subtle but awesome addition that’ll make me play the game for several seasons! Love the balance of choice / restrictions as well.
I can’t wait for this to release. Live 15 minutes from my local dirt track we’ve been going more and more. I wanna get a 90’s accord and race in the stock series so bad haha.
This game seems like it will be pretty great and the career mode is incredible and thanks for sharing this with us and I enjoyed this alot and loved if and I would definitely love to see u play more of this. Everything in the career mode looks good to me. I like the customization for the racing suit and car, looks like a upgrade from SRX the game. I really like the choice between the street stock and 305 winged sprint car. I wonder if you choose to race the sprint car in career mode and as you progress you can upgrade from a 305 to the 360 then to the 410 and vice versa if you start racing the street stock then upgrade to the pro late model then the super late models.

Jeff if you have to crank the wheel to the right you're too lose means the front end is trying to catch up to the front I had to mess with the custom setup for ever to get it close to a real dirt car. Maybe one day we could get you to drive my bmod for a few practice laps.
Hopefully they update the stocks too the Penn-Ohio / DirtCAR bodies that are in the thumbnail for the class, and the customization system looks great even though i def think it’s not entirely finished. These next 12 to 10 days can’t go by fast enough, can’t wait to turn some laps on this game!
Maybe expert difficulty was a little much. Definitely need to be turning more laps as well to have time to try multiple lines and make passes in the heats and mains.
What I would like to know does the track change over the course of the race? I have seen little talk about this and would like to kno as that plays a big role in dirt track racing! Thanks for any info that someone may have on this!
This looks amazing. Can’t wait to get my hands on this. 1 question I have is if you can hire drivers to drive certain cars, kinda like how nascar 2005 was. That would be a 10/10.
I’m pretty sure you could hire drivers in the last couple dirt games these guys made (all American racing, srx racing) so I would assume it’s in this too
