Kinte students NET qualify karte hain, kitne students GATE qualify karte hain ya kitne students B.Ed kar ke padha rahe hain - ye information saamne aani chahiye taki jo students join karna chahte hain uke samne ek clear picture ho.

U can get into IISER even with ur pcb basis but surviving in IISER depends strong math basis. This is not only required for studying math but also in understanding physics, chemistry (quantum) and also in biology (modeling). There are many students who cannot keep up with this but there are many who refuse to give up and end up mastering math and secure high cgpas. So it depends solely on ur mentality (give up/fight).

Kvpy clear karna par or Inspire cut off clear karna par you will be eligible for Inspire scholarships of 80k per year. Fees is appox 40-50k per sem in total.
I am interested in astrophysics, i recently got AIR 872 in IISER APTITUDE TEST and 98.22%ile in jee mains...also going to appear for ADV...but i am quite confused whether to choose IISER or IITs ! And moreover, i want to get into ISRO as a space scientist

You need to make a goog SOP and also good knowledge on the field you want .A good recommendation letter and also for many countries you have to clear exam. To get all these written above you need to work hard and need to very much interested in Science. I hope it helps. -IISERITE

You have no idea but I have an idea. Pahle BSC Hons. with Physics karunga. Phir MSC phir PHD ke karte tak ISRO me Scientists ke liye enterence exam deta rahunga . PHD ke karne tak ya uske baad kabhi na kabhi to select ho jaunga.

This exam will help you a lot in Research field Because you can directly join IISC banglore And IISERS which are the leading institutes in Research. If you have any doubts you can ask me 👍

There r several unscrupulous ways in Which people r getting their PhD degrees Some are doing PhD on weekends some from home...part Tym PhD holders are saturating the market. People are more interested in just the degree than the thesis itself ... And getting published their thesis in probably times of India ( just kidding) .... I live in a suburb and even here we have institution offering PhD ... If u think that this degree is equivalent to the premium institutions lyk iiser iisc iacs bhu then probably u r wrong .. scope is there in r&d department in states with industry .. in case u can't think beyond a govt job then I might feel srry for u .. and foreign mein thoda bohut nhi .. both my brother and sisterin law are getting paid 2.5 lakhs ... all the best P.S. And Ur career off course depends on Ur performance through Ur ug and Ur effort through the 5 yrs of PhD ... US tym pe charas ganja mein Zindagi bitadiya fir log ake kehte hai Yaar humko job nhi mil Raha... Koi jadoo nhi hai bass iiser mein ghus Gaya or Zindagi settled ... Mehnat Karna padta hai vro....
@@aditinandy8152 miss (as ur user name suggest) I am not comparing phd with anything and regarding pakodas... this context is extracted from a speech delivered by ministers and spoke personals of ruling GOVT . Now a days GOVT jobs are overhyped. The general nature of public as per I can perceive is sifting from a mere employee to employer. Independent work projects are gaining momentum. No doubt Bollywood films increased the craze of civil services among the youth but seats are limited and a vast no of candidates are applying Reagrding degree ....yes . Many such people want only degree and nothing else .Neither hv skills nor work passion . And I have capability to think beyond GOVT.jobs miss. So no need to fell sorry for me 🙃. For earning a basic livelihood everybody need money. Mere phd won't ensure this . As u said , u hv to CLEAR various exams for working in PSUs etc that's true. And of course foreign hv better scope for everything as compared to Indian counterparts. But the cost of living is also high there . We are still struggling with problems like HUNGER, HEALTH CARE FACILITIES, BIASED politics and Communal tension, caste system etc. Any way wish a better future for ur brother and sister in law :-) And for ur last part maina kabhi nhi bola ki IISER main jana sain life set . Even a seat in IIT won't ensure this . Sab kuch apka skill par depend karta hain . Main charas,ganja,afim, coacine,Nicotine,Morphine, any cannabinoids, barbiturates,amphetamines, LSD, BROWN SUGAR, Alcohol kuch nhi khata , phhokta, drink karta hoon ... Thanks miss

@jjj qqq brother now I am thinking twice even to apply for IISER because fee is 2000 for application and with that money I can apply other engineering entrances that is the situation of me,my family is IISER good please clarify brother,and I cannot be job less and studying Phd in Abroad or Somewhere else when my family needs me. Actually it's not, Niser were made Niser and not IISER bhubaneswar due to political reasons. Niser comes under DAE but course is nearly same. A degree from IISc/IISER/Niser gives you wide research experience.
Some does but very few people sit for placement also the avg package offers are not that great if compared to engineering Pls join IISER only and only if you are passionate in basic science and research
@@rupayandutta8496 you can always do a startup with your studies, its totally up to you. starting a business is purely you decision and you can take that as start up also .but if you seek help from IISER then it is not going to be that way. it promotes people to become scientist, but later you can become scientist cum business man and that will great . my best wishes to you.
