Career vs Job 

I agree with you Brian, people down play jobs. Yes, a cashier is considered a short term job. But you can go work in the automotive industry entry level with no skills and move through the company gaining skills. It is still considered a job based on the fact that you didn't go to school to gain specific skills. You also didn't plan on making it something you would do for a long duration of time . But now that job has become your career. And you learned as you went along. I also think a career is in the eye of the beholder. What you look at as a job maybe a career to the person doing it. Last point, not everyone who went to college for a career is satisfied. I know the point can be argued but I just wanted to add my two cents. I am in no way saying I am right. I just wanted to make points that were left out of the video.
