One question that really interested me. Why would you quit your commercial pilot job vs dispatching. Income wise does not sound right. I know, I was a dispatcher.

You sound like you worked at a dispatcher as a regional? Income wise, you can make good money…I work for an LCC and make just as much a a captain and that is six figures.

I bet, particularly for women, being a commercial pilot isn't the best thing if you have a family. You're gone a lot of the time.
