I have a B.A. in General Studies through SNHU. I am wanting to go to NIU law school. I have interned and studied and worked for Prairie Restoration groups. I guess my question is- should I refocus and get a M.S. in Environmental Sciences? Or just go straight into law school?
I had no background in environmental law before getting into the field. You should intern with environmental agencies and law firms. There are many roads to the field, but there is absolutely no need to waste the time and expense getting that MS in Environmental Sciences. Most environmental law is administrative law, so get acquainted with that.
