I can’t add any more compliments than the ones you have already received. Well done!!! Thank you for sharing. You provided several ideas for me going forward
Nice job man. This is the option that me and my wife are gonna go. Fix it the way you want and what the floor plan best fits each individuals need. We are gonna get a bed tooper for my truck. To put all the supplies in and locked up and out of the elements. No furniture. They sell those fold up bed and chairs on Amazon with 10 inch thick foam. And a couple big bean bages. In door & outdoor carpet. No tac, no glue so when you need to replace, just roll up and discard. I can put my Honda bike in the trailer. Of course a ramp back door that doubles as a screen patio with tiki tourches and led lights. Small area heater. Maybe a small solo camp fire stainless steel bon fire / heater. Just put red bricks under it. Under that is the door that is 2 inches thick with diamond plate.
Very nice job. This is the best build I've seen so far. Congratulations. You just need a Dometic fridge, a hot plate, and a Pomoly stove. Just my two bits. Cheers.
Wow this cargo trailer looks brand new after you rebuilt it good job 👏👍👌. Nice shower its convenient to have a camper & a way to tow your dirt bikes you have everything. Before and after pics show how well you rebuilt trailer red to white. It looks like a lot of work to get it looking so nice. Dirt bikes are so much fun much safer than street bikes.
There's a lot of people doing cargo trailer builds on youtube. I've been researching it for quite some time on here. This has to be the best build I've ever seen. Layout and quality of work, everything is great. You didn't just convert a trailer either you completely stripped it and then rebuilt it. I'm impressed. Nice going. Oh and full marks for creating a really pro looking video too. Why are you not doing more of this? I'm subscribing just in case you do.
That is one of the most simplistic looking yet fully functional builds I have ever seen on You Tube. You did a great job on it and I have "walked" away with a few ideas for doing my own thanks to your posting.
Everything on the trailer can easily be bought online or locally. I think any one that can drill a hole & weld could do the same. I have used it probably 10 times over the last 1 1/2 years and am still very happy with it. If I built another one I would probably put more thought into the plumbing and electrical, but this one was built as I went. Every thing in the trailer bolts in so I can change things if necessary.
Best setup I’ve seen yet. I just bought a 5x8 for my kids who race motocross. Just got the first wave of equipment to build it out. Won’t be anything like this but I’ll make a video and post it when I’m done. Would be great if there were a company around here that did custom builds. Doing it yourself is very time consuming.
Your creative imagination, eye for detail and meticulous craftsmanship really shines through on your beautifully restored and superbly outfitted travel cabin. I particularly liked the water heater exhaust vent, very nicely done, and the neat shower enclosure and separate, daytime toilet enclosure. Your ground up restoration and high standard of workmanship ensure that your trailer will give you years of service, safety and comfort. Of all the cargo trailer conversions I've seen, yours is as good as it's possible to get, outstanding!
That is one of the best trailer set ups I have seen ! Congratulations! My goal is to modify an enclosed trailer for camping & to carry a recumbent trike.
Wow, you did a great job on this trailer! I've been thinking about making a dual purpose cargo trailer and was happy to run across your video because this is one of the best conversions I've seen!
That's a great conversion. I'm looking for a cargo trailer now to convert to a camping/toy hauler. This video has given me some great ideas on how to set it up. Thanks for sharing.
I started to consider a cargo trailer build after I saw a few carrying sports cars/ classic cars as well as the landscapers hauling their mowers and all. I figured the drop ramp makes a perfect deck/patio and you can easily build a simple wall with a door and windows behind it, that way you can separate the inside and patio completely
A lot of work. But you did it. I did a special order cargo trailer 14x7 with 5 15x30 sliding windows and I made the inside with all pine and it looks like a log cabin with snows on the wall and other things you'd find in a log cabin. Nice job on yours.
Never a good idea to put music on a demo, DIY, or van tour. Silence is best. Nice build, clean and functional. So spacious inside, great for hauling anything, including house moves.
