Princess uses medallions instead of ship cards. You scan your medallion to get on/off the ship, open your cabin, order drinks and food, pay for anything, etc. We wear a watch and use a dog collar air tag holder that fits on our watch strap (same size as the medallion) so we don't have to wear it around our neck. That way we never forget it!
You'd think Princess would have added those to this boat when she was in dry dock a few years ago getting her refurbishment work. We special ordered a power strip (non surge-protected) with both 115V and USB ports for our trip in 2 weeks.
Thanks for the informative video! We’ll be sailing in september this year and It’ll be our first cruise! We are really excited! My only fear is about the shower. It seems really small. Do you know if there’s bigger showers that we can use on the ship? For example in the fitness center?

That shower seemed really tight. I'm not sure I'd fit in there. I really appreciate your review. The shower and the lack of outlets and seating pretty much settle for me which cruise ship I won't be looking to sail on.
I believe that they are pretty much the same, regardless of which ship or cruise line you're on. The idea for the cruise line is to keep things as tightly packed as possible to maximize the number of passengers they can accommodate.
No USB ports and only one chair to sit on, no love seat. So the cabin sleeps two but sits one, LOL. I don't know why people book with Princess Cruises.

We were just on this ship a few weeks after Port Monkeys and we loved it. You can choose as an option to swap out the desk and chair for a love seat. Which I think the next time we would do.
We taking the Princess cruise next year in February 2025 and we have an Apple Watch is with I see you put the Medallion Class in your Apple Watch bands does it mess it up or you be OK to put them on the Apple Watch bands? We don't have to buy an extra band for Medallion Class.

In the accessible cabin's shower it looked like the shower controls were too high to be reached by the person sitting on the fold down bench. Is that really the case?
