Caribou Crossing (20240412), Buchans Highway (NL Route 370), Newfoundland and Labrador, Canada. 

While travelling the Buchans Highway, we happened upon a small heard of Newfoundland and Labrador Woodland Caribou (Rangifer Tarandus). They are so used to seeing vehicles, they just stroll off the road when one comes along. They don't even mind being photographed or video taped as they casually make their way along the well beaten trails through the local marshland.
