remember seeing the last carifta games u20 the 4×400 T&T won easily gold but at one point a incredible 30m comeback by last leg Jamaica Christopher Taylor nearly gave JA the gold ,its good regional rivalry between T&T ,Bahamas and Jamaica at 4×400 relays

Wow wow wow! Excellent race! I love how the anchor for Jamaica held the opposing runner in lane 2 for the last 200 meters. That runner basically ran an extra few meters.

This was one of the most intense of the 4 400h relays and I'm glad it went down to the wire,well tried T&T and well executed Jamaica for holding out under a strong fighting race from Trinidad. Congrats for completing the sweep,Jamaica to the world and well done to the other athletes as well

The anchor leg for Jamaica ran a brilliant race...stride for stride he would not allow the Trinidad runner to get by. Kept him on the outside of lane one for 150 meters...that's also great coaching. 🇯🇲

levell ran a good leg because he new his strength and he had to be calculative. if he had went out hard that would have maybe cost us the gold. remember he is a 100m and 200m runner. Trinidad needed them to make a mistake, however, i am very proud of Trinidad for the fight, if you want to be the best you have to try or beat the best.

The Bahamas. We will be there next time, but with that lane draw.. needed to be front loaded. This race is my inspiration. I've watched it so many times...Levell look like he took a walk in the park and still got speed.....no man......and his Teammate Kennedy both of EA.....Roshan and di Starter....bad so....all under pressure dem bring it....NO FLUKE ROUN ERE
