Thank you for sharing this recipe. Suggestion lang please. Sana ibinigay din yong measurement ng mga ingredients. Kung gawin lang sa pagestimate ng measurement okay naman kaya lang kailangan mabilis ang paggawa and to make exact measurement next time na magluluto ng recipe na ito.
My suggestion. It would be nice to give the measurements and approximate time of cooking. Also, was that regular flour or glutinous rice flour where you rested the balls before frying? Thanks!
the finished product is not supposed to look like that, it seems the sugar has re-crystalized which would make it hard to chew. It's supposed to be drenched in this golden brown sticky syrup, similar to bananaque and camote que.
Eto yung glutinous rice ball na nabibili sa palengke nagpapabili ako niyan pag meryenda masarap kasi saka hindi nakakasawang kainin nagiwan na ko ng munting regalo iwanan mo nalang po yung para sa akin din
