@@Charles-d4e3b Judges absolutely can exercise "judgement" and do the right thing, it's in their job title. They choose not to. Some responsibility HAS TO go to the judges. I mean, they don't even have to campaign. Their names just appear on the ballot and people vote them in (depending on the type of judge) without any knowledge whatsoever about the track record of the judge. The fact that this habitual offender can just keep going despite a lifetime of red-flags is INCOMPREHENSIBLE to anyone that is rational.

How do you have 4 warrants? How do you get released from jail when you already have a previous warrant? Then when you're incarcerated again how do you get out of jail now that you have two previous warrants? And so on and so forth. They don't let you out of jail when you have warrants. Yet there he is
