I think the way Sammi talks about Gallaghers to the court making it out like their bad people is a bit hypocritical given the fact she had no problem with pulling out a gun and shooting someone in front of a group of kids one of whom was her own son Granted the Gallaghers are flawed people but Sammi is also a flawed person who acts like she is always right and knows better than everyone else
Gotta remember that they got her innocent son who did nothing wrong sent to jail AFTER she did everything to keep the house a float. She has every right to be pissed at them and while she’s not perfect let’s not act like any of the gallaghers are good people. Other than lip, ian and Liam all of them have done really horrible things that hurt others
@@bellabell6659 Frank was the one who got her son sent to jail he told Carl to put the drugs on him then tipped of the police Fiona Lip Debbie and Ian were not even involved so what right dose she have to be mad at them Furthermore, if Sammi hadn't shot Frank in the arm he never would have set her son up like that in the first place so she started the whole thing Point is the conflict should have been between Sammi and Frank everyone else got dragged in for no real reason even Carl was technically just a pawn cause he would have never gotten the idea to put drugs on chuckie without Frank and he was more than happy for Carl to take full blame
@@bellabell6659 let's also not ignore the fact that she basically invited herself to live in the house and acted like she it was hers she was super controling trying to tell Debbie and Carl want they could and couldn't do which wasn't her job Then she basically tried to get Fiona out of the way by telling her that her husband would sleep with other women if she didn't go on tour with him cause she didn't want another adult challenging her authority Not exactly someone I would want to help keep things afloat

She did a lot of care for that house and before the frank thing carl was still acting like an asshole to chucky, also she didn’t know that it was frank all she knew that it was Carl’s drugs and they were covering for him while HER SON was in prison for a crime he didn’t commit. If I was sammi in that situation and after all I did for them they turn around and pull that stunt? Damn right I’m telling the cops. And sammi isn’t perfect I don’t like her but chucky didn’t deserve anything what he got at all. Him and Liam are the really only innocent characters in the entire show
this was the scene that made me watch the show and it's totally worth it. It's a shameless, raw content of day-to-day complicated life. But I was hurt by the fact that they made this burning Carl out of the show while he was in prison where I was expecting some dashing prison scenes with this kinda entry to prison, but I was really disappointed with that.
The actor that played Carl wanted some time being a normal kid. His friends from school were loving day to day lives and he wanted that again for once. There's an interview with him about it. He said it was funny. Kids were awe struck that he was famous. The teachers were weirded out he was not like Carl.
I liked white boy Carl. But after that when he joined military school and becoming a cop it all just felt rushed. It would've been good if it was fleshed out a bit more
Standing up in court and spitting something so grand as "he's a good boy the only thing's he ever stolen was my heart" adressing a chub who is fully conscious of where he is and why he is there is truly one of the moment where the show bears his name.
Chucky said “What” and “Okay” and got sentenced 120 days. Carl went off on a rampage and at the very end, the judge finally said “fuck it” and have him the same sentence 😂😂
Good plan for starting a illegal business are starting to go on jail first because some criminal are to many connection on how to buy some illegal stuff or do some transaction nice one carl
Love how they captured the egocentric judges that demand people to humiliate themselves to prove their power and rejoice in them begging for their leniency. Dealt with a few of those back in the day.
I ll never get over the fact (and I think this is something most people fail to realize) Sammi's disregard towards carl mirror Fiona's (or the other gallaghers) disregard for chuckie and yeah sammi was annoying and what fiona implied about Chuckie s life being already ruined due to his condition was true. The thing is it goes both ways. The Gallaghers act as if sammi was the reason carl went to jail. As if carl hadnt gotten half of that job done with his own actions or as if he was never going to end up in jail if it wasnt for sammi. I felt sorry for both carl and chuckie but ironically enough I also felt bad for fiona for acting as if she didnt know her own brother
