By subjecting your right side to a dominant left side gives your upper left side (entire shoulder area) the proper start to a golf swing....that sets off the perfect sequence to your swing and delays the hit which is ideal. Another great advantage is that it clears the mind and with a flash thought of starting the left shoulder a whole bunch of good things happen. So, just walk in with the right foot, clap your hands to get the proper grip which lowers the right shoulder giving you the proper amount of tilt.....now your feet are basically square to the target line and your get about 15 degrees OPEN with the upper left side giving you and urge to start the swing with your left shoulder.......super sound instruction! Pure genius!
My right side was dominating my swing and the results were not good for my shots or my back. This video helped me drop 6 strokes and hit the ball more solid than I have in a month which was probably the last time my left side got to play. Great lesson and I would take a lesson from either of these two in a heartbeat.
