Two of the cameras have a strobing/flashing effect, it's probably because you need to change between PAL/NTSC in the settings to match it with the frequency of the light in the country you're in. Dubai should be PAL.

Thanks for confirming, I figured this much just from watching na short video on him since he can never answer how he made the money. His answer to how is always positive thinking which means he scammed someone. For him to have money from BTC 3 years ago would not have given him opportunity to make hundred of millions when buying with cashier money.
