This is gonna sound like a fucked-up story, but here goes. I remember dropping two or three in one night, and then for some stupid reason smoking weed at the same time. I was so mash up. I got home, and remember the cold face of daylight glaring at me through my bedroom window. I felt wired and my brain was busy, but I closed my eyes anyway. I listened to this track. Man … when it dropped and that arpeggiator sound came in, it was the craziest trip. Every one of those sounds looked like a spiderweb of hair-thin waveforms all moving perfectly in time to the beat like some kind of logarithmic spectrum analyser. It then expanded - I could see so many of these lines and yet they were mathematically perfect. I didn't even know the human mind could create something that flawless. It expanded and I just floated away - on my back - like a shipwrecked mariner to a beautiful desert island.
