Let's break the chain of staying in a relationship for the sake of giving our children a complete family. And stop blaming mothers for giving up. Everyone has their own limits and this should not be limited to men alone. You have no idea how much pain mothers have to endure just to give their children a complete family. We cry silently at night. Our thoughts are louder than anything else. Stop calling us "TOXIC and CRAZY" everytime we get hurt, offended and betrayed by our partners just to invalidate our emotions. Our body reacts on how we are being treated. Weird thing is, we still fight all these negativities that surround us. We continue to fight. But we also have a breaking point. allot of people may not know this but "postpartum depression " is real and hits real hard on every woman after giving birth. unbalanced hormones can cause irritability, mood swings and emotionally unstable.. thats why allot of couple break up because man can't handle the changes we are going through..i speak for myself based on my experience. as a mom of 3,and i am thankful because my husband stayed despite my craziness, that postpartum made me.. so stay strong Trina.. in God's perfect time, you will be healed, emotionally,mentally and physically so hang in there for you child.

A lot of women have been struggling the same way, thinking about whether they'd stay or not, unfortunately, not all of them have the courage that you had to finally let go and choose to be where you are now so I admire and respect you for being an inspiration and for making a statement that, no partner let alone a mother deserves to be given just the bare minimum or worst to be treated badly; some were even abused physically, verbally and emotionally but they couldn't muster the courage and strength to choose themselves and realize their self-worth yet. I hope they come across this interview and see how empowered and strong you are as a woman despite what happened; and maybe one day, at their own pace they get to decide and leave for everybody's welfare.
