This 19-year-old kid is dynamite. The way he smiles even after missing the shot wide @2:13:57 is just so endearing and shows he's able to have fun out there, put things in their proper perspective right away and not let anything get him down. This kid has the mentality to win multiple majors and I have no doubt that he will. Vamos, Carlitos! The future of tennis has arrived, folks! 💪💪💪💪💪
This is how it is estimated, he will win many Majors, he grew up watching Nadal, Federer and Djokovic; These are not there, I imagine that he will be the heir; moreover, there are many gestures that resemble Rafael; the two-handed backhand is the copy of Djokovic and Nadal💪🎾😀
Thank you Carlitos, Casper and US Open. Watched Carlitos matches in person with my family, round 1 and 2. Flew home to Missouri but after he beat Sinner, flew back to NYC for his semifinal and final! Spent 6 days at the U.S. Open this year, including the opening night to see Serena ! During Federer Era, we would go see Federer play and also broadway shows, visit museums, and admire architectures. In 2022 we spent most of the time and money at the Open 😊💪🏼💯!!
The future of tennis is here and now. I am sad that Federer will retires after the Laver Cup, but he will be proud that many players are inspired by him and the impact he makes on and off the court.
And almost nine months after alcaraz defeats djokovic, who was undefeated at the center court of wimbledon since 2013, at five sets in wimbledon final to get his second grand slam trophy and remains in that way world number one. It was an exceptional match that had it all.
You can see the obvious physical and mental fatigue for Alcaraz in 2nd and 3rd set. But he kept doing the right things and then stepped it up in 4th specially on serve when he could see the finish line. Sign of a great champion 👏
Thanks so much for putting this full match on RU-vid. I hope Alcaraz/Sinner full match is posted on RU-vid as well. Wouldn't mind seeing some full matches with Kyrgios too.
thanks USTA for putting this match up ! Mens tennis is in awesome hands .... Alcaraz, Rudd, Sinner, Zverev, FAA, Berrettin, Danil. Hope Thiem gets back where he belongs too. Of course Nole and Rafa is not done yet. Amazing Final !
Thank you, thank you!! I love watching these classic matches. Could you please post the Edberg-Sampras U.S. Open final? That was such a great match, but I can’t find it anywhere to rewatch. Thanks 🙏🏾
I watched all the US open and Been Watching This Kid ALCARAZ...., Just WOW and GREATNESS..., This one commentator, the one that said The Evil in Me wants to see Him Serve out the match..., is just very rude and not because that comment but all his comment's, very critical...., and Obvious bias and wanted Ruud to win..., I keep watching this over and over again and wish I could just turn volume off but love the crowd noise and can't do it...., Plz give us the FULL Alcaraz VS Sinner Match, My opinion greatest Match of all time.... Ya one more thing You will all know this kid by just one name CARLOS OR CARLITO what ever He chooses ...
Yeah, you're talking about the player-hating Jimmy Arias! He commentates with flippancy, as if he is bitter all the time. I don't blame you wanting to turn the volumne down!
Was thinking that Casper returns from so far back like it’s Roland Garros but it’s more like he’s returning FROM Roland Garros. Carlos always seems to be clawing forward.
I definitely have respect for Casper but I’m a fan of Carlos and other young generation players like Sinner. Soo sorry for Ruud, maybe next time. Well done Carlos 🎉🎉🎉❤, what an entertainer and a talent you are! wishing you all the best years ahead and free from injuries 🙏🙏🙏🔥💪💪💪
I have some question, maybe philosophic question: Did Casper lost to Major Champion when he lost to Carlos? Did Alcaraz became Major Champion right AFTER finishing last point or last ball, when it became certain that it was ending ball it meant it was shot of already champion ?
Why did the US Open for the longest time have the date 09/11/01 printed in the Arthur Ashe Stadium? Why would you celebrate that date like that? So tacky…
I wanna see a dude who’s like a fullback just randomly become a top 10 tennis player in the world. Like… 6’3” 240lbs… 500lb+ squat. Just an absolute freak
