Carlos Rodón reflects on his outing against the Blue Jays 

Once again, all I'm seeing is another garbage performance. The Blue Jays are a last place team, but yet, the Yankees still get hammered by those guys. And Rodón is not helping either. He only pitched well AFTER he gave up 8 runs, and that's not the idea.

The whole team has regressed, and it's even worse than the 2022 Yankees.

He sucks again!!

Threw batting practice - pitiful - as for hitting - Cashman says hitting over .300 batting averages dont mean much - oh yeah ?

He wasn't that good with White Sox

He didnt throw much last year either, likely going through a tired arm now like Luis Gil.

Why would he throw another fastball to Springer after his first home run? Breaking balls are the answer. He’s hitting 208! No excuses. He needs time in Tampa! He hasn’t come close to meeting expectations in New York. Cashman should let some of these highly sought after highly paid guys do their damage to some other team. How many of them have a long lasting impact in New York?

All the flaws this team had are shining through - Soto is great but can't carry a sub-par lineup with only the help of Judge, and terrible pitching. They rushed Cole back and all the junk they filled the bullpen with is coming back down to earth. Pretty much the same team as last season.

His outrage and the rookie first baseman last night was ridiculous. If Booney had a spine he would have told him so.

Dude literally went from having like a 2.85 ERA to 4.40 in the course of 3 starts. I really hope he figures it out.

If nothing else at least he wears it. No lame nonsense, I can respect that. Id like to believe with how he started the season he can bounce back. Not to make excuses but the way teams are smokythat ball it has an Astros garbage can feel to it. Like they know whats coming. Idk.

What happened? He was great the first three months of '23 and terrible these past twelve months.
