Nor would I, Williams is more likely imo, but for all we know he very well could be tempted by Audi instead

Can i ask? Ehm... I would say you are from England? Of course the Spanish driver confusing you. I am from Switzerland and i have the same problem not a problem but ya know... And it is F1 so there is that! Nice to have a talk. Thumbs up! p.s: Look what the other Spanish Driver did named Alonso. I would never ever did that but it is what it is. McLaren Team Members really liked him so you got a good point there but how you could refuse to drive for Ferrari there is now way. Look at Lewis

I'm fae the north of Scotland actually (we hae a different dialect than Mainland Scotland though hence why I maybe dunna sound Scottish). And yeah, turning down Ferrari would've been a really hard thing to do, and in the end as I say it has been good

I can't see Carlos going anywhere but Williams. Mercedes and Red Bull were never realistic options for him and I feel he was overestimating his appeal to teams by holding out for deals with those teams. I see him as the very best of the "mid to good" drivers and that's not enough for Merc and RB. One thought that does occur to me - Sainz strikes me as a driver who would excel in IndyCar.

Tbf yeah I could see Sainz in IndyCar someday. Whether he'd go over there or not is another matter, but we have seen ex-F1 drivers do quite well in Indy, take Ericsson for example he's won a few races over there and one of them is the Indy 500, he nearly went back to back Indy 500 wins even

I would really rather him go to Williams. Theres no surefire guarantee that this Audi takeover will be successful. Whereas Williams has been on a steady rise over the last couple of years and if Mercedes really do have something cooking with the new regs.. you want that merc power
