Awesome ranch way to build yourself an empire but it sounds like to me the only reason he restored the land is because the state was paying the bill. Just because your a farmer or a rancher does not mean that you don’t think like a businessmen because you have to otherwise you ain’t gonna make it when it comes to making money and actually making profit!
